Return & Exchange

At [BA-HIA] we aim to ensure that every purchase meets your satisfaction. If an item doesn't fit as expected, you can return it immediately ,paying only the shipping fee, Here's how our process works:

• Upon receiving the order, the courier will wait for 5-10 minutes for you to try on the product.

• If the product doesn't fit, return it to the courier immediately.

• No exchanges or returns are allowed after the courier leaves.

Kindly Note

  • We do not allow ordering multiple sizes of the same style for fitting purposes.  
  • Partial returns during delivery are not available.

في Bahia، نحرص على أن تكون تجربة تسوقكِ مريحة وممتعة من البداية حتى الاستلام.

إذا لم يكن المنتج بالمقاس المناسب، يمكنكِ إرجاعه مباشرةً إلى مندوب الشحن، مع سداد رسوم الشحن فقط.

كيف تتم عملية الاستلام؟

  • عند وصول طلبكِ، سيمنحكِ مندوب الشحن من 5 إلى 10 دقائق لتجربة المنتج والتأكد من أنه مناسب لكِ.
  • إذا لم يكن المنتج مناسبًا، يمكنكِ إرجاعه إلى مندوب الشحن في نفس وقت الاستلام.
  • بعد مغادرة مندوب الشحن، لا يمكن إجراء أي استبدال أو استرجاع.

  • لا يُسمح بطلب أكثر من مقاس لنفس التصميم بغرض التجربة والاختيار.
  • لا يتوفر الاسترجاع الجزئي أثناء الاستلام
